Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchanges are valid only for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at raayet.co@gmail.com

  2. Share your order number and the new size/color you’d like.

  3. We will schedule a pickup from your delivery address through our courier partner.

  4. Once the item is picked up and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement product.

Important Notes

  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

  • Pickup charges (if any) will be communicated before scheduling.

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will provide store credit for future purchases.
