Exchange Policy

At Raayet, we do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Exchange

An exchange will only be provided if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered.

Exchange Request Window

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at raayet.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your Order Number and photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • No size exchanges are available.

  • Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order by referring to our size chart.

  • Exchanges are subject to verification by our quality team.

  • If the same product is unavailable for replacement, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
